317ic तकनीकी विवरण तथा कार्यप्रणाली
यह प्रोजेक्ट हमारी टीवी इंजीनियर टेक्निकल लैब में विकसित व अटेस्टेड है इस प्रोजेक्ट में 317ic का प्रयोग किया गया है यह एक वोल्टेज रेगुलेटर आईसी है इसके अंतर्गत ट्रांजिस्टर डायोड तथा रजिस्टेंस लगे होते हैं 317ic इसके 3PIN होते हैं इसमें पिन नंबर 1 इसका इनपुट साइड है और इसके द्वारा IC को ब्रिज रेक्टिफायर के द्वारा अनरेगुलेटेड डीसी सप्लाई दी जाती है तथा आउटपुट पिन नंबर 3 से रेगुलेटड सप्लाई निकलती है।
इसके बीच वाला पिन नंबर 2 317ic के अंदर बने ट्रांजिस्टर के बेस से जुड़ा है आउटपुट साइड से जो रजिस्टेंस तथा प्रीसेट लगा हुआ है इसी के द्वारा बेस के बायस को बदला जाता है प्रीसेट की वैल्यू चेंज होने बेस बायसिंग बदल जाती है और इसी के अनुसार आउटपुट पिन से वेरिएबल वोल्टेज मिलते हैं प्रस्तुत प्रोजेक्ट में तीन कंट्रोल लगे हुए हैं।
जिसमें 470E का टोन कंट्रोल्स 0 एडजस्ट करने के काम आता है और 4K7 टोन कंट्रोल हाई वोल्टेज रेंज को सेट करने के काम आता है जबकि 5K का टोन कंट्रोल प्रीसेलेक्टेड वोल्टेज के बीच में वोल्टेज को एडजस्ट करने के काम आता है इसे आप कोर्स वोल्टेज टोन कंट्रोल भी कह सकते हैं यह वोल्टेज 3 वोल्ट से लेकर 30 वोल्ट तक हो सकते हैं इसमें एक सावधानी रखें कि लोड करंट 1 पॉइंट 5 एंपियर से ज्यादा नहीं होना चाहिए नहीं तो आई सी के खराब होने का खतरा रहता है ऐसी की सुरक्षा के लिए हीट सिंक का प्रयोग किया जाता है और इसी के साथ डॉयड भी लगाए जाते हैं।

317ic Technical Description and Function
This project is developed and attested in our TV engineer technical lab. 317ic is used in this project. It is a voltage regulator IC. It has a transistor diode and resistance under it. It has 3PIN in it, pin number 1 is its input side and Through this IC is given unregulated DC supply through a bridge rectifier and regulated supply comes out from output pin number 3.
317ic Pin number 2 in the middle of this is connected to the base of the transistor made inside the IC, from the output side the resistance and preset are attached, by this the bias of the base is changed, and the value of the preset changes, the base biasing changes and so on. Variable voltage is obtained from the output pin. Three controls are involved in the presented project.
470E’s tone control is used to adjust 0 and 4K7’s tone control is used to set the high voltage range while 5K’s tone control is used to adjust the voltage in between the preselected voltage, it is called coarse voltage tone control Can also say this voltage can be from 3 volts to 30 volts, keep in mind that the load current should not be more than 1 point 5 amperes, otherwise there is a risk of damage to the IC, for the protection of such a heat sink is used and diodes are also applied along with it.
